Role Overview We are looking for a BI Engineer to play a key role in shaping and scaling our data analytics capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to help establish our Business Intelligence foundations and influence how data is used across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and implementing core BI workflows, transforming raw data into reliable data models, and building reporting solutions that enable teams to make data-driven decisions. Working closely with stakeholders across the company, you will help define best practices for analytics, reporting, and data accessibility. Requirements What You Bring 3+ years of professional experience as a BI Engineer or in a similar role developing data ETL pipelines. Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in querying and modeling relational databases. Developing data models Data-Lake → DWH architecture, Medallion, Star-Schema. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and CI/CD workflows Strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and principles of clean, maintainable code Demonstrated ability to work independently, own projects end-to-end. Hands-on experience with AI stack.. Utilization of AI Engineering concepts - Commands/Skills/Specs/Docs development & management. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Design and maintain scalable data models that transform raw data into reliable datasets for analytics. Develop and manage data transformation processes and pipelines to ensure data is accurate and accessible. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate analytical needs into data solutions. Ensure data quality, documentation, and consistent metric definitions across BI assets.
