Do you want to join the party? Responsibilities Design and develop insightful data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate business insights using Looker, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools. Optimize dashboard performance to ensure fast, responsive, and reliable user experiences. Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data consumers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality data pipelines. Build and maintain Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and data models to support dashboard design and analytics. Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain a robust, scalable, and reliable data infrastructure. Deliver end-to-end BI solutions, including data design, ETL processes, and dashboard development. Maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal performance. Provide recommendations to improve data quality, efficiency, and usability for business decision-making. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker or equivalent. Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse management. Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization. Experience with ETL methodologies and tools such as Airflow or similar. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate insights clearly. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about working with data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to have: Experience with CI/CD processes. Experience with Python for data processing or automation.
