JOB SUMMARY

Venture Dynamics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bi-Lingual Recruiter/Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for recruitment and placement of highly skilled marine professionals across various roles within the maritime industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interacts with job seekers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on services.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English languages
• Fields job seeker’s questions and concerns
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization’s needs.
• Assists with job postings and advertisement processes. (performs not assists)
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates and pertinent details.
• Helps to start shipyard workers at their assigned work positions.
• 2 + years of experience with customer service, call centers, insurance, sales, recruiting or trade experience. Join us in shaping our workforce by bringing your expertise as a Recruiter to the Venture Dynamics team!
  Job Type: Contract
  Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
