JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a BI & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role’s primary focus is on developing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and automated reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, ensure reporting accuracy, and help drive data-informed decision-making.
In addition to your BI responsibilities, you will also take ownership of certain digital support tasks, including managing the back end of smaller websites, coordinating with third-party developers, and performing light updates to web content or event platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending analytics with occasional technical and systems work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience with Power BI development, including data modelling, DAX, and visualization design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and working with relational databases.
• Solid skills in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly visuals and summaries.
• Comfortable learning and working with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Wix).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Business Intelligence & Reporting (Primary Focus)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Write and refine SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Transform complex datasets into intuitive visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Web & Systems Support (Secondary Focus)

• Coordinate with external web development agencies as needed for updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Assist in the development of internal web applications (front-end and back-end)
• Integrate with Salesforce to support reporting and contact automation.
