Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an SFE Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales force through data analysis, strategic development, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, establish key performance metrics, and drive continuous optimization to ensure the success of our sales operations. Additionally, you will oversee critical processes such as visit cycles and medical sample management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Data Analysis – Evaluate sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance sales force effectiveness.
Strategy Development – Assist in designing and implementing strategies to boost sales team performance and productivity.
Process Optimization – Identify and resolve inefficiencies to improve operational effectiveness.
Training & Development – Provide continuous learning opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Technology Implementation – Manage the adoption of sales tools like CRM systems and process automation software.
Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Customer Service, and other teams to align business objectives.
Performance Metrics – Define and track KPIs to measure and improve sales force efficiency.
Market Research – Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Insights – Generate regular reports to assess sales performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
Effective Communication – Foster seamless communication within the sales team and across departments.
Medical Sample Management – Oversee inventory, distribution, and expense control of medical samples.
