Description

As a Solution Designer BI, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technical solutions that support our business strategy and meet the needs of our external clients. You will: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and ensure their successful implementation. Own the end-to-end delivery of IT services in your area of expertise, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders to validate and approve solution designs. Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including technical requirements, connectivity matrices, and service catalogs. Identify and mitigate risks, propose system improvements, and support infrastructure scaling needs. Coordinate with testing and operational teams to ensure smooth deployment and issue resolution. You are a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for technology and innovation. You bring: A university degree in IT or a technical field. 2-4 years of experience in technical roles such as development, support, or testing. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one database management system (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). A solid understanding of software development processes and design best practices. Knowledge of J2EE architecture, API management, and data modeling is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A results-oriented mindset, with flexibility and the ability to work in ambiguous or conceptual environments. Experience with vendor management and cross-functional project implementation is an advantage.
