Tasks & Responsibilities: What you can expect

• You will continuously develop our data platform, optimize data warehouse architectures, ETL processes and data models, and integrate new data sources and modern analytics technologies.You analyze company data, develop meaningful reports and dashboards, and support departments and management with sound, data-driven decision-making tools.You analyze business requirements as well as existing data and system landscapes, identify optimization potential and develop innovative BI, data and reporting solutions for our specialist departments.You present analysis results in a way that is appropriate for the target audience, including specialist departments, stakeholders and decision-makers, and translate complex data into understandable recommendations for action. You analyze and validate data sets, identify quality defects, and develop measures for the sustainable improvement of data quality.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you bring to the table

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or comparable trainingAt least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Business IntelligenceExtensive experience in working with the Microsoft SQL Server platform, especially SQL Server databases, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS Tabular)Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI for data analysis, reporting and visualization.Basic knowledge of business intelligence architectures, especially data warehouses, ETL processes, data modeling and data cubes, as well as good knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation of evaluations and processing of large data sets.A basic understanding of Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data platforms, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, is desirable.
• Clear communication skills, analytical and structured work methods, as well as a high degree of initiative, independence and teamwork skills.Excellent German, English and MS Office skills
