Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced BI Specialist to design and build high-quality dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, interactive dashboard development, and experience working with large, complex datasets. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Dash (Plotly), Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent. Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines in Dataiku (DSS), including datasets, recipes, scenarios, and integration of Dash apps within DSS. Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all dashboards and reporting outputs. Write efficient SQL, Python, or R scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Utilize Dash (Plotly) to create interactive visualizations, handling callbacks and responsive designs for a seamless user experience. Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to source, clean, and structure data from APIs and internal systems. Apply statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to support business insights. Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh processes. Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows. 3+ years of experience as a BI Specialist, Data Analyst, or a related role. Proficiency in SQL, and working knowledge of Python or R. Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Dash (Plotly). Practical experience with Dash, including dynamic interactions (callbacks), responsive UI design, and deployment. Solid understanding of Dataiku (DSS), including datasets, recipes, scenarios, and dashboard publishing. Good grasp of statistics, data modeling, and hypothesis testing. Experience working with APIs, structured/unstructured data, and large datasets. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Experience with financial services or investment data is a plus.
