Visa is seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Intelligence (BI) Support Analyst to join the Corporate Technology Support Organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Finance Business Intelligence (BI) Support Analyst will provide operational support for our mission-critical Finance BI applications. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability and performance, monitor and manage scheduled jobs, and troubleshoot issues to minimize business disruptions. You will provide root cause analyses for any system or process issues, ensuring that remediation plans are devised, discussed, agreed upon, and executed, resulting in the permanent resolution of these issues.
In addition, you will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to customer service level agreements for various corporate finance applications.
