BIKE MECHANIC – EXPERIENCED ONLY | 360 CYCLES

We’re looking for a highly experienced mechanic who thrives in a busy workshop, works well as part of a team, and is committed to developing their expertise for the long term.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional bicycle shop
• Ability to confidently perform all core mechanical tasks
• Must be able to communicate in at least one of the following languages: basic English, Russian, Lithuanian, or Polish (If you don’t speak English but know one of the other listed languages, English is not required.)
• Hands-on experience is essential — no training is provided

Experience:

• Bicycle Mechanic in a bicycle shop: 2 years (required

• Are looking for a short-term or hobby job
• Cannot commit to weekend shifts
• Are not serious about growing in the bike industry
• Have less than 2 years’ professional experience
