About the role: We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Bid Administrator to join our high performing Tender & Estimation team based in Regents Park. Responsibilities: Assist with administration and preparation of tender documents. Office admin, data entry and filing of documents. Formatting and compiling company documents Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and update CRM system. Provide support to the Bid & Estimation team. To be considered for this role you need: Previous experience administration ideally within a project environment Proficiency in all Microsoft programs (essential) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good organisation skills Attention to detail. Experience within a construction or engineering environment would be desirable but not essential.
