ACCIONA Agua is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the end-to-end bid management process, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that align with client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid Management: Organise and manage bid preparation, align client objectives with tender offers, and evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Project Methods Development: Collaborate on project strategies, engage innovative contractors, and enhance engineering skills.
• Project Scheduling: Manage project resources and schedules, setting key milestones and handling risks and contingencies.
• Construction Engineering Support: Ensure construction methods are executed as planned and that temporary works follow guidelines.
• Digital Engineering Tools: Utilise digital models to streamline site activities and promote DE technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or water services.
