Based in Maddington, Downer are looking for a Bid Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting our Transport & Infrastructure team in preparing high quality, on time tender proposals. You’ll be instrumental in driving success by ensuring our bid documents are polished, persuasive and strategically aligned with client needs. KEY TASKS * Assist in the preparation and submission of winning tenders and proposals. * Work closely with internal teams to gather and structure bid content. * Maintain and develop a library of bid content, case studies and marketing material. * Coordinate approval processes and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders. * Liaise with clients when required to manage bid-related documents. ABOUT YOU * Experience preparing high-quality proposals for the construction and/or civil infrastructure industry. * Skilled in managing end-to-end proposal submissions, ensuring every requirement is met and aligned with client evaluation criteria. * Strong technical writing skills coupled with the proven ability to peer review documents for grammar, content and style of writing. * Ability to transform complex, technical content into clear, user-friendly documents that are easy to navigate and engaging to read. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office Suite and document management systems like SharePoint. * A team player with a passion for the industry and a drive to win bids.
