Job Description
We’re looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our Melbourne Studio. If you’re highly organised, creative, and thrive on delivering exceptional bids, this is your opportunity to make a real impact—and grow your career in a supportive, globally recognised design practice.
Qualifications
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of our business development team, you’ll manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions. Collaborating closely with our leaders and technical experts, you’ll create standout, client-focused proposals using Adobe InDesign, all while maintaining Hassell’s high standards and brand consistency.
You will proactively engage with Principals and work with the BD team, coordinating and preparing submissions, wider client engagement content and business information.
The Bid Coordinator will proactively participate in the global bid team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment, including leading submission for other studios, sharing best practice, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role offers exposure to exciting projects and the chance to work closely with senior leaders, paving the way for career development opportunities in areas such as business development, strategy, and design communications.
