The Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our Estimating & Procurement Team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Estimating & Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in the tender phase of our project lifecycle—ensuring our submissions are polished, timely, and competitive. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage end-to-end tender submissions Assist with project and estimate set-up in internal systems Review and upload tender documents into our Project Management System Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to maintain tender-related documentation and collateral About You Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in office administration or customer service Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated skills and experience in complex software. Demonstrated experience in customer service. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills relevant to duties.
