Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Upload Tender Forms, Contracts and/or NDAs onto the contracts database for review and follow up where required Review RFPs, confirm bidding team and work with bid lead on the response Develop the bid plan including contributing to win themes with bid lead Coordinate tender queries and clarifications from client and distribute to bid team Review bid document and pull together content from previous relevant bids, best practice answers from bid portal and systems. Conversion of CVs to Turner & Townsend format for proposed external team members Proofing colleague’s bid response documents for accuracy (spelling, grammar) and relevance Arrange Director review and approval of proposal before being submitted to the client Ensure on time delivery of hard copy proposals Prepare presentation slides for post tender interviews Liaise with team and client for tender interview logistics Work with other Bid Specialists as a community of practice to ensure a consistent quality of bids. Work in conjunction with the wider Business Generation team to ensure central bid library is kept up to date and bids are filed correctly, and best practice answers and unique questions identified to added to the bid portal. Updating of marketing collateral including Capability Statements, Case Studies, etc. Search procurement portals regularly for new leads and opportunities Assist in registering and updating procurement portal subscriptions Skills and behaviours required Writing and editing skills, attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic Experience of working with bid portals. Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Proven ability to manage multiple tasks Qualifications Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing, Business, English or an Engineering discipline (list not exhaustive). Responsibilities
The Bid Coordinator will upload tender forms and contracts, review RFPs, and develop bid plans while coordinating with the bidding team. They will also proof documents, arrange director reviews, and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
