About the Job We are a leading electrical and mechanical building services engineering consultancy based in Dublin, delivering complex, high-value projects across the EMEA region. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and driven Bid Executive to join our Strategy & Growth team. Reporting to the Strategic Growth Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we go to market, owning the end-to-end bid process and producing compelling, high-quality proposals that win work. You will collaborate closely with our Leadership Team and technical experts across sectors including Data Centres, Sustainability, Industrial & Energy, Smart Buildings, and Programme Management. About You Essential: Must be based in Ireland Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a bids, tenders, proposals, pre-sales, or sales support role Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines A collaborative, proactive mindset — comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and accuracy Desirable: Experience in the engineering, construction, or professional services sector Proficiency in Adobe InDesign or similar design/desktop publishing tools Familiarity with public procurement frameworks and tender portals Your Key Day-to-Day Activities Lead and coordinate the full bid management lifecycle — from opportunity identification and kick-off through to final submission — ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met Develop persuasive, well-structured, and visually polished bid and tender documents tailored to each client and project Conduct thorough client and market research to understand requirements, pain points, and priorities, and reflect these clearly in our proposals Work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and leadership teams — as well as subcontractor partners — to gather and synthesise the information needed to build winning submissions Coordinate the compilation of technical and financial content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the client's brief Maintain and continuously improve a library of bid content, CVs, project case studies, and standard responses Proactively review and refine bid materials, applying lessons learned to raise the quality bar with each submission Support the Strategic Growth Enablement Lead in driving best practice across the bid function and contributing to the team's broader strategic growth objective.
