What You Will Do Lead and Coordinate Bids: Manage the end-to-end bid process for mid-sized opportunities, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions. Proposal Development: Craft compelling and competitive proposals that showcase Aon’s competitive advantages and meet client requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Bid Management, Senior Bid Managers, and cross-functional teams (sales, servicing, broking, claims, legal) to prepare, review, and submit cohesive bid responses. Pitch and Presentation: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to clients for use in client pitches, highlighting Aon’s value proposition. Content Management: Contribute to and maintain bid content libraries, templates, case studies, and standard responses to ensure consistency and quality. Project Coordination: Manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritising tasks and collaborating with stakeholders across Australia and global offices. Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure all submissions reflect Aon’s brand and quality expectations. What We Are Looking For Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in bid management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years managing the end-to-end bid process, including proposal writing and stakeholder management. Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver impactful presentations. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing professional bid materials. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships effectively. Organisational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Personal Qualities: Resilient, resourceful, influential, team player, and self-motivated. Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with tender processes and compliance requirements is advantageous.
