Job Description 1 . Bid Manager cum Analyst: Female candidate preferred. Role – Bid Manager cum Analyst Location: Anywhere across North, East or West region Candidate should have excellent communication & analytical skills Candidate should have excellent skills on Excel & Power point presentations Education – Graduate in any discipline. This will be an office-based role but need to travel across region (if required) for capability presentation Experience – 5+ years Job profile: Updating record of all trackers, MIS & Data related to business Measure conversion rates on BD front – Enquiry vs RFP vs Win / Lost Tracker on audit & NPS score & presenting dashboard regularly Responding to RFP & preparing proposals Support on backend business development role Maintain inventory for marketing stuff Coordinate to ensure regular updating of case studies & CVs Updating master deck on capability presentation for all sectors & business Ensure implementation of training sessions, blocking calendars etc. Coordinate with Operations Head to keep a track on month wise revenue projection for secured business for remaining months of entire year Updating RDR sheet & Project wise revenue projection for every month in coordination with respective Cluster / Operations Head 2.Cost Manager Selection criteria (preferred): Location: Anywhere across North, East, or West region (though, Gurgaon is preferred) Experience – 7+ years + Interior fit outs experience Qualifications Education – Graduate in any discipline.
