Responsibilities

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE

️ conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential bid opportunities focusing on the public sector in Germany and ensuring that pricing, technical solutions, and service offerings meet client requirements while aligning with company goals
️ monitoring public tender platforms and developing, coordinating and overseeing the entire proposal process, from analyzing the tender documents to final submission
️ structuring and preparing high-quality, tailored proposals and complex bids that align with the tender specifications
️ collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, legal, and finance, to gather insights and information necessary for compelling bid
️ negotiating with clients on tenders, pricing, and legal matters, and coordinating with subcontractors as well as enhancing internal processes to improve bid efficiency
️ identifying new business opportunities and market trends in the areas of GovTech, digitalization and cloud solutions

THE FOLLOWING WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

️ proven experience in either bid management or software procurement management in the German market
️ excellent project management and organizational skills
️ attention to detail and strong analytical skills
️ knowledge of German business practices and regulations
️ knowledge of German public tendering regulations (VOB, VOL, UVgO, GWB) and understanding of business practices/ legal framework conditions in the public sector
️ excellent communication skills in German and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
