Bringing your strong attention to detail and excellent design experience, you will create, develop, manage and deliver strategic and effective bids that are exceptionally well presented, working closely with the sales team and all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Project manage the bid process in conjunction with multiple stakeholders.
• Bid graphic design including infographics, org charts, site plans, project summaries, ECI breakdowns, etc, to achieve innovation in design concepts and solutions.
• Create tailored, clear and concise bid content that is within corporate brand guidelines and style guides to ensure continuity.
• Bid administration including setting up meetings and calendar appointments, document support, management of bid library.
• Participate in regular review meetings to identify risks or concerns throughout the bid process.
• Ensure submission content accuracy.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
