You will: Own the end-to-end bid process—from qualification and storyboarding to submission and post-bid reviews Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver high-quality, compliant bids on time Embed digital tools and analytics (CRM data, bid libraries, dashboards) to improve efficiency and quality Collaborate closely with Sales, Category, Technical, and Finance to build compelling, customer-focused proposals Track performance metrics, share insight with cross-functional teams and Senior Stakeholders, and continuously refine our bid playbook Success will look like improved conversion rates, shorter bid cycles, stronger stakeholder feedback, and measurable revenue uplift from strategic bids.
