YOUR EVERY DAY:

• Lead and manage tender submissions including strategy development, team coordination, risk assessment, and final review to ensure high-quality, competitive bids.
• Collaborate across departments (Precontracts, Commercial, Procurement) to align bid content with pricing, contract terms, and project requirements.
• Engage in post-tender activities such as client negotiations, presentations, clarifications, and handover documentation to support successful project initiation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to internal bid processes and systems.
• Foster team culture and development through mentoring, contributing to team initiatives, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

As our Precontracts team continues to expand, Unyte are looking to appoint a Bid Manager / Project Manager.
This is a precontracts-driven role; Slotting into an experienced and dynamic precontracts team, you will help take the lead on key bids and submissions.
