Description

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for a Bid Manager to join our growing Sales Operations team.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the bid manager is responsible for assembling and managing the bid, the process, and stakeholders, preparing winning bids and maximizing sales. Using the bid process, the bid manager will direct the bid ensuring complete team adherence to templates, tools and governance gates, having full responsibility for the resulting bid response.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior demonstrable experience of proposal/bid management within any sector
  • Project management experience with multiple team members and internal/external stake holders
  • Highly experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Highest standard of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Desirable APMP certification
