A new role to support growth, reporting to the National Manager – Strategy & Pre-Contracts, to manage the preparation of tender and proposal submissions. Key duties include:

• Contribute to the development of winning tender strategies.
• Lead the compilation of submissions that clearly articulate a winning strategy and be market leading in terms of content and visual impact.
• Tender response writing and content development.
• Review tender documentation ensuring a full and complete understanding of the technical and commercial commitment.
• Evaluate and manage technical and commercial risks associated with new contracts.
• Client management skills and experience.

We are flexible for the role to be based in Brisbane (preferred), Sydney or Melbourne locations.
