Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Bid Project Manager in Melbourne (Australia), who shares our commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and high-value project delivery. Key responsibilities and functions: Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission and contract award. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, commercial, legal, finance) to ensure high-quality bid submissions. Define and implement bid strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements. Analyze tender documentation and ensure full compliance with technical, legal, and commercial conditions. Develop competitive technical and financial proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables throughout the bidding process. Identify risks and opportunities within each bid and define mitigation or optimization strategies. Engage with partners, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to strengthen bid positioning. Support negotiations with clients during the evaluation phase. Ensure proper handover to execution teams upon successful award of the contract. Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and methodologies. Requirements: Proven experience in bid management, project management, or similar roles in infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments. Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract management. Advanced level of English (both written and spoken). Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure. Experience in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
