QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a Software QA tester or help desk role, ideally in a software company and in a global setup
  • Professional-level fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Basic understanding of APIs, including input parameters, payload, JSON, and XML
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and become an expert in freight procurement and the Tender Management platform
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated with keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate product information and support for the Tender Management platform to users worldwide
  • Collaborate with the Geneva-based team to resolve technical issues and improve user experience
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure expected data is delivered to the platform
  • Interact with the Tender Management solution vendor, escalating bugs, creating support tickets, and following up with the vendor’s support team
  • Assist in the integration and maintenance of the Tender Management platform within the internal ecosystem through manual testing
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Create and maintain documentation to help users understand and utilize the platform effectively
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
  • Perform product maintenance and configuration
