We are looking for a Bid Team Lead to be responsible for defining and delivering high-level bid strategies to secure contracts over £1M, You will engage at a senior level with key stakeholders, including board-level executives, to shape and refine the organisation’s bid pipeline,

Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in bid execution.
Workload Management: Manage and prioritise workloads across multiple, high-value tenders, maintaining efficiency and performance.
Bid Management: Lead the development of innovative, compelling bid strategies that enhance win rates
Continuous Improvement: Implement data-driven insights and best practices to enhance bid processes
Lead the development of a strategic bid function that positions the business for sustained growth in contracts
