We are looking for a Bid & Tender Specialist – Public Sector Support in the Public Sector Department. #YourRole in more detail Commercial Department Support Drafting financial and technical offers for two product categories. Liaising with partners/suppliers to collect offers, pricing, and technical data. Invoicing and order management for vehicles and spare parts. Monitoring vehicle deliveries and coordinating logistics. Maintaining internal communication with back-office teams to ensure smooth information flow. Market & Competitor Analysis Monitoring competitors’ activities, especially in public tenders. Identifying new products/solutions that could be leveraged in future tenders. Preparing reports and recommendations for commercial strategies. Specialization in Urban Buses Studying and interpreting technical specifications. Supporting collaborations with international manufacturers and suppliers. Developing standard bid documentation templates. What will you bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in a tendering or procurement department of a company involved in public contracts). Proven experience in drafting and submitting bids (ideally under Law 4412/2016 on public procurement). Solid understanding of technical specifications of vehicles and machinery. Communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams Excellent command of the Greek and English languages Ability to handle a high volume of documents with strong attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with public tender platforms (ESIDIS, KIMDIS). Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Market scouting and competitive benchmarking capabilities.
