LEAD BID WRITER – CONSTRUCTION MAIN CONTRACTOR

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative professional to join a well-established, forward-thinking contractor known for delivering exceptional projects across both public and private sectors.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, working alongside experienced Preconstruction and Bid Managers to produce compelling, high-quality submissions that win work. The role offers creative freedom and the chance to contribute meaningfully to significant project wins, all within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

• Attend bid/no-bid meetings to evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare and write content for PQQs, RFQs, and SQs.
• Develop visually impactful bid/proposal documents aligned with submission guidelines.
• Support submission with additional materials such as printed models and large-format documents.
• Format and finalise tender submissions within strict timelines.
• Assist in bid strategy planning, including storyboards and content planning.
• Ensure compliance with bid specifications, working with both content and design.
