Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT ESP PLAY

As a Bid Writer, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality, persuasive, and compelling tender submissions that showcase ESP PLAY’s capabilities, value, and passion for play. Working within our highly passionate Commercial Division, your writing will help us secure major contracts and expand our presence in the public sector market.
This is a remote role, offering flexibility while playing a key part in our growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and write tailored bid responses for public sector tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations) to gather relevant technical, commercial, and project information
  • Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and persuasive content
  • Ensure compliance with all tender documentation and deadlines
  • Continuously improve the quality and success rate of submissions by gathering feedback and applying lessons learned
