Note: We have a hybrid approach and work in the office 3 days a week, based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
As a Bid Writer, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, creating persuasive, tailored proposals that showcase our innovative solutions to potential clients. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you’ll ensure every bid reflects the full value we bring to the organisations we partner with.
The role

Responsibilities

Writing bid submissions that clearly meet the tender requirements.

Coordinating and supporting contributions from subject matter experts across the agency.

Researching and understanding client requirements to produce customised proposals.

Collaborating with internal teams to gather insights and craft winning content.

Ensuring proposals are clear, accurate, and align with our brand voice.

Identifying win themes for priority bids and getting the wider bid team engaged in the proposal.

Tracking and managing deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time.

Sharing insights and actioning feedback to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of our bid submissions.

Maintaining templates and libraries of standardised responses and delivery team details.
