Key Relationships: Group COO and COO Management Team, BIDAC CEO, European General Manager, European Mgt Committee (EMC), BIDAC General Manager, Shared Services, Underwriting & Claims Operations, Underwriting Team Leads, Claims Management Team, Chair of BIDAC, BIDAC NEDs, BIDAC Board, CBI, external clients and suppliers
Job Summary: Standalone role accountable to the BIDAC Board for providing operational leadership to the entity and providing assurance that group COO functions are operating appropriately where these are outsourced, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness and service excellence.

• Extensive experience of leading operations functions
• Knowledge of UW and Claims management and process gained at a senior level
• Experience of client service management gained within an insurance environment
• Hands-on experience of team management and people development
• Proven track-record of managing teams through periods of change
