REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, demonstrating deep experience and knowledge in digital account management with a track record of exceeding performance goals against sales-related KPIs (purchases, subscribers, etc.)


    • A paid search practitioner with strong technical skills and a minimum of 2 years hands on platform experience. Additional channel experience (paid social, programmatic, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

    • Working knowledge of navigating and using Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Certified to at a minimum of Google Search Ads Professional
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proven problem solver who can support and manage clients deliverables and projects to deadlines
    • Solutions orientated with a growth mindset
    • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with impeccable attention to detail
    • Enjoy and understand working with data
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin, or related major a plus

    This client-facing, management role requires a sharp, charismatic professional with proven paid search experience. You’ll play a key role in paid search strategy, planning, and execution on one or multiple client accounts with potential exposure and opportunity to develop skills in paid social and programmatic channels. Passion for digital marketing and the paid search channel is essential.
    The successful candidate will demonstrate account and channel expertise, strive for repeatable success and have a desire to question everything in pursuit of operational and client service excellence. They will be expected to provide bold and confident recommendations, backed by innovative flair, analytical experience, and practical curiosity.
    The ideal candidate will support planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and relevant 3rd party search management platforms (Search Ads 360, Marin, Skai, etc.).
    As an Account Manager, the ideal candidate will have a responsibility to manage and mentor associates, support and develop client relationships, provide deep platform expertise, and contribute to department and channel best practices. They will be naturally curious, committed to continuous learning, and invested in their own professional development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Biddable Account Manager and will own a number of client tasks, including campaign planning, set up, reporting, and measurement from start to finish. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Planing, creating, manage, optimizing, and forecasting Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns and accounts, including Search, Shopping (Performance Max), YouTube, and Demand Gen.
    • Executing paid campaign processes from start to finish, including researching, planning, trafficking, troubleshooting, optimizing and reporting
    • Establishing strategies to deliver results against client goals and KPIs
    • Building and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
    • Supporting the creation and delivery of flawless client-facing reports, based on accurate data and insightful analysis
    • Supporting the development and presentation of account development plans or roadmaps based on client campaign briefs or on client KPIs
    • Managing and developing Associates, including task delegation, training coordination, ad hoc constructive feedback, and Croud’s career development framework process.
    • Delivering progress reports to Senior Account Managers and Account Directors
    • Owning the workflow management with the Croudie Network within Croud Control (CC)
    • Quality checking work that has been completed by the Croudie Network and provide constructive feedback
    • Supporting business development by contributing to pitches and cross-selling Croud products to existing clients
