Job Title: Biddable Media Manager Location: Remote Role Type: Full-Time Salary: €1,550 - €1,850/month + performance-based increases We're looking for a Biddable Media Manager to own day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across our global client portfolio. You'll manage 8-10 SME accounts (averaging €3,000 monthly spend) plus contribute to larger consulting clients (spending €50,000-200,000 monthly) across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta platforms, and YouTube. This role involves direct campaign management, client reporting, performance analysis, and ramping into client-facing account management within 6 months. You'll be responsible for maintaining campaign performance, running structured weekly tests, and delivering measurable ROI improvements across our Australia, Europe, and US client base. 2-4+ years of hands-on paid media management experience in an agency environment Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Video) and Meta Ads Experience with Microsoft Ads and YouTube preferred Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with varying budgets and industries Strong analytical skills with ability to translate platform data into actionable business insights Experience with Looker Studio (or similar) for building client dashboards and reports Demonstrated ability to structure and execute A/B tests systematically Excellent written English communication skills for client-facing reporting and presentations Self-directed work ethic with ability to manage time across multiple accounts without constant oversight Experience working remotely in distributed teams with strong asynchronous communication habits Comfortable with daily budget monitoring and pacing management across portfolio Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early and comes with solutions Performance-based salary progression Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements Direct mentorship from Performance Media Director Exposure to diverse industries including finance, FMCG, and eCommerce across multiple markets Opportunity to grow into team lead role as agency scales Low-ego, results-driven culture with autonomy and trust Professional development budget for platform training and certifications
