Role Summary and Impact Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and onsite platforms. Ensure campaign quality, compliance with WPP Media policies, and timely delivery. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and recommend best practices. Provide technical expertise to agencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Oversee quality control, finance compliance, and issue escalation when needed. Share knowledge and drive adoption of new tools, trends, and technologies in paid search. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or Science are preferred 2+ years of hands-on experience of paid search and/or Google Ads Strong working background and knowledgeable in paid search, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google products Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Certified in Google Ads certification Agency experience preferred Good command of written & spoken English Life at WPP Media & Benefits Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
