Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bids & Proposals Consultant/Coordinator to join our Business Development & Marketing team in Sydney or Newcastle.
About the team and the role
Supporting the Bids & Proposals Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between the entire BD function to coordinate work streams from across BDM and the firm ensuring clarity, compliance, and integrity of major proposal documents.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Coordinating the preparation and submission of winning bids and related collateral.
• Working to prepare whole or part bid and proposal responses, capability statements, short form proposals and other bid-related BD collateral.
• Supporting the BDM team to maintain bid and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Maintaining the bid library, ensuring all content and data is up to date, accurate and strategically written.
• Guarantee best bid practice across all written proposals and ensure bids are correctly formatted and comply with company brand guidelines and client requirements.

About you

• Previous experience in a bids and proposals focused role.
• Law firm experience is highly desirable, but we are open to other industries.
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly organised with the ability to priorities important tasks.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to efficiency and process improvement.
• An interest in keeping up-to-date industry trends in tender and proposals trends
