Big Data Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Big Data Solution Architect with expertise in Cloudera, SSIS, SSRS, Informatica, and Informatica Data Quality & Governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing data architectures for large-scale enterprise environments, particularly for public sector departments in the Gulf region.
This role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with government stakeholders, C-level executives, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable big data solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 10+ years in big data architecture, data governance, and BI solutions.
Technology Expertise: Cloudera, SSIS, SSRS, Informatica (PowerCenter, Data Quality, Data Governance).
Public Sector Experience: Must have worked with government departments in the Gulf (preferably UAE).
Communication Skills: Strong ability to present, negotiate, and influence at senior levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Big Data architecting: 7 years (Required)
• BI Solutions: 5 years (Required)
• Cloudera: 4 years (Required)
• Informatica: 4 years (Required)

Data Architecture & Engineering

• Design, implement, and optimize big data solutions on Cloudera and other modern data platforms.
• Architect ETL workflows using Informatica, SSIS, and related tools.
• Implement data governance, quality frameworks, and security models to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and deploy BI and reporting solutions using SSRS and other analytics platforms.
• Lead data integration projects across diverse systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data pipelines for enterprise clients.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the technical advisor to public sector clients, ensuring alignment with their digital transformation goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and execution.
• Present architectural solutions and strategies to government executives and senior leadership.
