As a bike courier at DHL, you’ll be on the move every day in Rotterdam, delivering packages quickly and carefully. You play an important role in providing an excellent customer experience while actively contributing to more sustainable urban transport. In this role, you combine physical activity with efficiency and customer focus, while getting to know the city better every day.
Deliveries: Deliver packages to customers by bike.
️ Route planning: Find and adjust the fastest and most efficient routes through Rotterdam.
Customer contact: Communicate in a friendly and professional way with customers during deliveries.
Control: Check packages when loading and unloading.
Sustainability: Contribute to a greener city by working in an eco-friendly way.

WAT WE VAN JE VRAGEN

We are looking for an active and customer-oriented bike courier with an affinity for logistics:

• Good knowledge of Dutch traffic rules and road safety.
• Physically able to lift and move packages.
• Available at least 3–4 days per week, including Wednesdays.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Affinity with logistics and efficient route planning.
