Job Description Job Description Transport Goods: Safely deliver items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Route Management: Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations, and any issues encountered during the delivery process. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any maintenance issues or accidents to management. Qualifications Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications Driving Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.
