The Job The Bike Mechanic crafts exceptional experiences for evo’s customers. These individuals maintain, repair, and build product for our customers. Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, mounts, waxes, assemblies, etc.) are completed properly and on-time, maintaining consistent and high-quality work standards. Offer credible, unbiased advice during service check-ins and assist customers in selecting appropriate products. Attend scheduled clinics and training sessions to continuously improve personal gear knowledge. Order necessary parts to ensure seamless completion of repair jobs. Assist customers on the sales floor, providing expert insights and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop area.
