• Previous experience as a bike mechanic or in mechanical assembly.

ROLE SUMMARY

At Ribble, we’ve been hand-building bikes in the UK since 1897. As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be part of the team that turns precision engineering and top-tier components into premium, custom-spec bikes — from world-class race machines to cutting-edge e-bikes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build bikes to the required standard and customer specification.
• Meet agreed build targets without compromising on quality.
• Ensure all bikes pass our pre-delivery inspection (PDI) standard.
• Repair or adjust bikes that do not pass PDI checks.
• Support with other mechanic-related tasks, such as:
• Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
• Home mechanic build fixes
• Roadshow and event support
• General warehouse operations
• Cleaning and maintenance of work areas
