Your workday begins at 3:30 PM with a team meeting where the day’s goals are discussed, and there’s room for questions. Then, you and your colleagues get to work. You take a bike from the rack, inspect it to identify any issues, and conduct a thorough check-up. Think of it as a vehicle inspection (APK) but for a bike. After cleaning the bike, you take it for a test ride to ensure it runs smoothly. Once it passes, you place it on the repaired bike rack and move on to the next one. We don’t expect you to know how to repair a bike from top to bottom right away. The company provides an onboarding program, and a trainer is always available to support you with any questions. Once you master the job after 2 to 3 months and work independently, the company will be happy to discuss the next step in your career. This could include switching to the day shift, which runs 8-hour shifts, offering more hours for you! In the long term, you can even grow into a role as an e-bike mechanic.
