Job description
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Bike Messenger to join our team. As a Bike Messenger, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering various documents to specified locations as per the delivery instructions provided by staff. Additionally, you will handle payment collection, basic CRM software usage, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Responsibilities:
Bike Messenger:
Collecting and delivering documents from customers in a timely manner.
Efficiently navigating Dubai routes using Google Maps and GPS systems.
Handling payment collection and providing receipts/collection slips to customers.
Utilizing basic CRM software for managing customer interactions and orders.
Maintaining accurate records of transactions and deliveries.
Communicating effectively with team members and customers.
Organizing work based on priority and adhering to delivery schedules.
Operating in a variety of weather and traffic conditions safely.
Any other duties as may be delegated by your supervisor.
Sales Executive:
Market Research and Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Generate leads through online research, networking events, field marketing, and cold outreach.
Client Outreach and Relationship Building:
Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Promote Wordcraft’s Services:
Present and promote our services, including translation, attestation, business setup, and PRO services, to potential clients. Highlight our expertise, quality, and competitive advantages.
Sales and Negotiation:
Manage the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals. Negotiate terms and pricing to secure agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Set and meet sales targets aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes for management review.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Bike Driver’s License with no black points.
Well-versed in Dubai routes and capable of navigating efficiently.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and numerical calculations.
Age below 35 years.
Good driving record with no traffic violations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic CRM software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
High level of reliability and punctuality.
