• Deliver and pick up parcels in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle parcels with care to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery and pickups.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch team and customers as needed.
• Ensure the safety of the parcels and yourself while on the road.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Report any issues or delays in delivery to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and functional bike at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients
