The Training Instructor will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from —by delivering high-quality training and ensuring that bikers are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to operate motorcycles safely and effectively. This role directly supports biker readiness and compliance, enabling them to start earning and positively impact their communities. What you’ll be doing: ● Deliver training sessions and orientations to ensure bikers meet operational, customer service, and safety standards. ● Facilitate skills assessments and provide constructive feedback to applicants. ● Conduct motorcycle checking and reinforce safety compliance. ● Support and represent Training during offsite events. ● Prepare and maintain training materials, reports, and necessary documentation. ● Monitor trainee attendance, progress, and performance to ensure readiness for deployment. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or any related field At least 1–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or related roles (experience in motorcycle riding instruction, adult learning, or operations is an advantage). Strong facilitation and presentation skills Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Ability to prepare training materials and conduct skills assessments Basic reporting and documentation skills Must have a Professional Driver’s License with code 1 or A. Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) or equivalent training certifications (TESDA/NC). BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification (required) Must know how to ride and handle a motorcycle, willing to travel and be assigned in offsite events, flexible with work schedules, and able to work both independently and in a team.
