We’re looking for a proactive, bilingual Account Manager based in Montreal to help grow our client base and deepen existing relationships. You’ll meet clients in person and remotely, understand their needs, showcase our solutions, and ensure they stay happy long after onboarding.

Responsibilities

Client Management & Retention

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across Quebec and Ontario
  • Hold regular check-ins (video or in-person) to ensure satisfaction, upsell services, and gather feedback
  • Identify and solve client pain points using Telico’s AI-powered VoIP features
  • Work closely with support and product teams to improve customer experience
