Bilingual Accounting Coordinator – English/French - BOWMANVILLE

In this role, you’ll handle invoicing, credits, reconciliations, and client communications, all while helping us improve and refine our processes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send invoices on a daily basis.
  • Issue credit notes accurately and promptly.
  • Download, verify, and reconcile client data for invoicing.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts for client volume rebates.
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Participate in process improvements to make our work faster and more accurate.
