Our Moncton office has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant. Position is permanent, full-time.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Electronic and physical maintenance of client and administrative files;
  • Draft a wide range of legal documents and correspondence;
  • Verbal and written communication with clients in both official languages;
  • Meet deadlines, ability to multi-task and prioritize incoming requests;
  • Proofread, data entry, document production and billing tasks;
  • Maintain a calendar and reminder system; and
  • Other related duties, performed with a high degree of detail and accuracy.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Spoken and written proficiency in French and English is required;
  • 2 + years of experience working in a professional services firm;
  • Administrative Assistant diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution considered an asset;
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft applications and typing skills; and
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills.
