ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

LRO Staffing is partnering with a respected organization in Ottawa to recruit a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a full-time, permanent opportunity. This hybrid role offers a meaningful opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support operational and administrative functions, playing a central role in onboarding, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth operations while supporting the team with high-quality administrative service and operational excellence.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate data in administrative systems, following established procedures and quality standards
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot client-related issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams on recruitment, onboarding, and training processes; liaise with external stakeholders to align schedules and resolve logistical challenges
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates; update and maintain tracking systems
  • Lead onboarding activities for new team members, including tracking completion of self-guided learning modules, sending reminders, and coordinating virtual sessions
  • Support planning and delivery of in-person events
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, addressing inquiries professionally and clearly
